Choosing the right legal representation is never easy, and it is usually at a time of crisis. I invite you to browse my site to get a feel for who I am and the type of work I do.

My office is centrally located in a 1906 historic Salem home at 1415 Commercial St S. E. After I graduated in 1981 with both a law degree (JD) from Willamette Law and a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from the Atkinson School of Business, I have practiced law around the State of Oregon in the areas divorce, custody and related matters, personal injury cases involving cars, motorcycles and pedestrians, in juvenile issues representing youth and adults, and in criminal defense for adults.

I believe I bring a unique combination of education, experience and temperament that helps to resolve many problems without litigation, but I have the experience to take matters to trial if a solution cannot be reached.
